Lobbyist Registration and Disclosure Report
The Lobbyist Registration Form and Quarterly Disclosure Reports must be filed with the City Clerk.
To be recognized as a registered lobbying entity for the calendar year, you must complete your registration by January 15 or within 10 days of qualifying as a lobbying firm or organization lobbyist. This can be done through the City Clerk’s Electronic Filing System, eFile-SD. Please note that all active Lobbyist Registrations automatically expire on January 5 of the following year.

Quarterly Disclosure Filing Schedule
According to San Diego Municipal Code §27.4015, Lobbying firms and Organization lobbyists shall file quarterly disclosure reports for every calendar quarter during which they retain their status as a lobbying firm or organization lobbyist. Please refer to the Quarterly Disclosure Schedule below:

*Deadlines that fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or an official state holiday are extended to the next business day. Please contact the Office of the City Clerk for more information at 619-533-4000.
